Project Quality Engineer - Project coordinator - zakázková výroba

Role and job description:
Executive job position focused on technical quality control of metal technologies – welding, laser cutting, metal bending, drilling, surface conditioning, metal backing and plating and on project coordination.
Responsibility for the quality control of sub‐suppliers, preparing of technical specifications according to the technical documentation, optimization of production cost and prices, technical quality controlling during the realization, improvement of technical quality of manufactured parts.
Co‐responsible for the project coordination milestones with suppliers and customers Interaction, synchronization and support of the peripheral functions, such as
• design department
• procurement activities
• provision of all relevant technical specifications of the project to the suppliers
• updating project documentation such as designer´s manuals (for the documentation of manufacturing procedures)

Responsible for ISO9001 for the group, including United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland and China. This position is subordinated to the Managing Director and/or Acting General Manager Travel activity inside Europe is required

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Qualifying new and existing sub‐suppliers focused on metal technologies /own portfolio/according to the customers specification and technical documentation according to group quality standards
• Clarifying technical details with suppliers during project execution
• Quality control by sub‐suppliers during and at the end of the manufacturing process
• Coordination of technical questions between supplier and design department during the project execution
• Control of the technical documentation such as material certificates, final manufactured parts
• Verification of purchase orders for suppliers according to technical specification and commercial conditions requirements
• Supervision and follow‐up of the supplier’s delivery deadlines
• Claim management with supplier and customers
• Up‐dating of Designer´s Manuals and manufacturing process documentations
• Responsible for ISO9001 certificates and implementation of rules and working for the group
• Working with ERP‐software, project management software and project finance planner
