Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client is seeking for passionate sales manager, who will provide great service and sell quality color concentrate to new and existing clients. His / Her mission is to maintain and continually increase customer base and identify new markets for our client’s products. To conduct efforts in a professional manner. To support company’s philosophy and standards and to be personally involved in continuous improvement and international growth.
PRIMARY ROLE & JOB ESSENTIALS
• Identify, actively pursue, and successfully close business with new customers
• Keep the contact with former customers and update them on new products and/or services available
• Continually develop new markets and prospective customers while maintaining existing
• Develops sales strategies and tactics for identified target opportunities
• Establish professional relationships with internal departments including: Purchasing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Management
• Work closely with production, quality, lab, logistics and all other internal departments to ensure customer orders are being met and communicated.
• Work with Product Management to develop and implement appropriate product pricing strategies for all current and potential new business
• Perform value added selling of the organization through customer education, sample requests, technical service, contract negotiations, and quality solution

• Experience in critical color concentrate sales in the markets such as automotive, cosmetics, appliances, furniture and other consumer durables is a must
• Knowledge and technical understanding of plastic resins, molding operations and customer uses
• Willingness to travel to Customer sites throughout Europe (V4 region)
• 5 years’ experience in technical marketing, engineering, or sales in the plastics industry
