Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding our client’s business within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth in the automotive sector, specifically related to PUR and EA-PUR components and specific products.
- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase sales in the automotive industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners within the automotive sector.
- Sales Growth: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market demands, focusing on the development and production of sun visors and other automotive components.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
