JOB MISSION

The role is key to ensuring the seamless integration of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process and optimizing current operations. This position will ensure that the production of plastic automotive parts meets the company’s strategic goals, adheres to industry standards, and fulfills customer requirements.

JOB EXECUTION

• Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and standardization procedures
• Planning the plant structure to ensure department target achievements and coordinating continuous improvement activities
• Leadership, coaching, and development of subordinate employees
• Holistic processing of project investments, ratio projects, and product launches
• Managing rationalization and productivity project
• Active supporting the continuous improvement process as well as evaluating proposals for improvement and ensuring implementation
• Ensuring a uniform structure planning regarding manufacturing processes
• Determination of production performance data as well as production costs for further parts and price calculation
