Ready to take your hospitality skills to the Arctic Circle? We're looking for experienced, customer-focused waitstaff to join various hotels and resorts across stunning Lapland for the 2026–27 winter season.
Whether you're serving guests in a cozy buffet restaurant or delivering top-notch service in an à la carte setting, one thing’s for sure – no two days will be the same. You’ll be part of creating unforgettable experiences for visitors from all over the world, all while surrounded by snow-covered forests, reindeer, and maybe even the Northern Lights!
About the Role:
Positions are available in picturesque locations such as Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Muonio, Hetta and Saariselkä.
Employment period varies depending on the location and workplace, although it is mostly from November 2026 until March/April 2027.
We offer Finnish seasonal contracts for either full-time (112,5/3 weeks) or part-time (90h/ 3 weeks).

What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in restaurant service (buffet and/or à la carte).
Great teamwork and communication skills.
Must have EU citizenship/passport or a valid work permit in Finland.
A positive, flexible attitude – especially during busy periods.
Comfortable working with international guests in English (other languages are a plus!).
Wine knowledge is a plus.
Someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and stays calm under pressure.
