We’re a rising IT consultancy company specializing in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and open-source technologies. We’re the authors of an open-source PaaS cloud-agnostic solution for multi-cloud Kubernetes deployments. We’re looking for a mid-/senior-level Business Growth Specialist to grow our business via:
Setting the sales and marketing strategy jointly with company management
Identify new leads and growth opportunities
Processing the feedback from the company’s client base for adjusting the business growth strategy
Setting the go-to approach for tender processes and client engagements
Represent the company at industry events
Expanding our presence on the cloud-native market
Developing the brand recognition
A successful candidate with a strategic mindset and proactive approach will drive the evolution of our business development efforts. You will be the person who thrives in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends and opportunities. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners will be crucial in expanding our clientele. Your passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry advancements will keep us at the forefront of innovation.
Geographical proximity is needed as travelling to meetups and conferences in Slovakia and in Central Europe is expected on a bi-monthly to quarterly basis.

We’re looking for people interested in working with cloud technology. People who are willing to learn a lot on the job and to excel in what we do. As a candidate, you should have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience
profound knowledge in the customer management field
interest in the cloud-native ecosystem
openness to business travel within Europe
communication and presentation skills
written and spoken English
As an ideal candidate, you’ll also have:
experience in customer engagement, business development, marketing, sales or psychology domains
knowledge of the CNCF stack and basic cloud products
understanding of the aspects and requirements of software engineering delivery
open-source or other community work
