What do we have prepared for you?

e-mail and telephone communication (passive/active calls) with Bistro.sk customers, restaurants and couriers.

You will get to know new cities in Slovakia from the perspective of a dispatcher - you will help couriers bring quality services to our customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring that menus and restaurant information are up-to-date and accurate.

You are tracking your completed orders on Bistro.sk

and we do not forget about regular statistics and reporting according to the instructions of the supervisor and manager of Bistro.sk

How do we work?

We have different types of shifts - morning from 8:00 to 16:30, mid-shift from 10:00 to 18:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 22:00, of course, there are more combinations, but for now we can promise you that your shift will not start earlier than 8:00 and will not end later than 22:00. We present the shift calendar at the job interview so that you know whether it suits you or not.

Employee requirements

The position is suitable for candidates with the following education:

high school without graduation

high school with a high school diploma

higher/higher professional education
