Plant Manager (m/f)

Our client is part of a multinational company, a global leader in manufacturing and in selling electrical components and systems for various industries. For the outstanding production facility located in the south of Czech Republic, which is part of the power distribution division, we are searching for a STRATEGIC LEADER to take over the Plant Manager (m/f) position.

In this challenging MANAGEMENT role, you are assuming the complete responsibility for the plant and its more than 700 employees. You manage and direct plant operations, with focus on the KEY MANUFACTURING PROCESSES to achieve production objectives, consistent with overall quality and on time performance requirements. Besides the continuous optimization and monitoring of the processes, supervision of the strategic, organizational and PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT at the plant in alignment with global CORPORATE STANDARDS and VALUES will be the significant challenge in this position. You are expected to build up a STRONG ORGANIZATION with a highly motivated team, and to lead the plant into SUSTAINABLE PROFITABLE GROWTH. As the representative of the company you are the interface to local and regional communities, as well as to the stakeholders.

We are seeking out hands-on personalities with an ENTREPRENEURIAL, results-oriented mindset, a technical university degree and excellent communication skills in both CZECH and ENGLISH. You have a successful and presentable track record as a Plant Manager within an international company, in the ELECTRIC, ELECTRONIC or AUTOMOTIVE industries. Beside your outstanding knowledge of OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT METHODS (Six Sigma) and your FINANCIAL ACUMEN you are an assertive leadership personality with experience in managing ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.
