Our client Louis Vuitton, France fashion house and the luxury retail company founded in 1854, is one of the world´s leading international fashion houses. For their Vienna Store in the center of the city we are seeking a highly motivated customer-oriented professional.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
• Minimum secondary degree
• Slovak as a mother tongue, fluent English is a must and German an additional advantage
• Previous experience working in a luxury or client-centric retail environment; or has a strong history involving customer service, dealing with a diverse and elevated clientele
• Someone who is motivated to continuously improve personal performance, works well in a team setting, possesses elevated interpersonal skills and the curiosity to discover and delight the clients
• Well-developed communication skills and manners, as well as positive and active attitude and strong customer-orientation are another prerequisite to succeed in this position
