Butcher in UK

For one of our best and most recognized Clients in Scotland we are looking for:
Experienced Butchers / Trimmers
Location: Broxburn
EARN up to £10.12/hour (gross)

This is a full time permanent position, available immediately
Assistance with travel/transport and finding accommodation.
 Your duties will Include:
o Safely and efficiently trim beef to specification, using a knife or by operating equipment
o Achieve throughputs, maximize yields, minimize waste, and ensure quality standards are maintained
o Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product specifications
o Remove contamination/defects from product
o Use judgement to determine the best use of product (so as not to de-value it)
o Maintain sharp and sterile tools
o Manually handle product and product in trays

 Requirements
o Butchery experience preparing traditional type cuts
o Experience trimming/preparing
o Experience of working in a meat production environment with strict hygiene and Health and Safety rules
o Good English is a must
