Job Description

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for administrative and operational support to the organizations in Prague and Bratislava including the country business team, regional functions as well as finance controllership hub in Prague.
You will coordinate the function of reception to ensure daily operational routine and the best customer (internal & external) service.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall operations of the office - ensures the fully-functioning reception through the external receptionist(s)
  • Administrative support - ensures the cost-effective and smooth function of the office in Prague and Bratislava; ensures the most effective use of vendors through close cooperation with the procurement team, creation of PO, and invoicing management
  • Organizes and coordinates company events and meetings
  • Fleet: coordinates and administers the database of company cars, drivers, and leasing contracts as well as fuel cards
  • Coordinates the database of mobile phones and lines: an overview of devices and owners, a timeline of replacements
  • We are taking very seriously safety at the office – You will be a member of the Zero Harm committee

Who are we looking for:

  • Good level of English enabling clear and precise communication in both verbal and written form
  • 3-5 years of experience in the similar role
  • Very good communication skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Listening skills and ability to manage expectations
  • Proactive approach towards preventing problems and their resolution
  • Diligence and sense of detail
