Job description, responsibilities and duties
We invite applications from candidates across the Czech Republic for the position of Regional Sales Representative.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales of products marketed by the company.
- Identifying new business opportunities, build partnerships, and expanding market presence.
- Managing customer orders and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Conducting market research to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Handling basic administrative tasks related to the role, including reporting on sales metrics.
- A Typical Day:
- A typical day involves meeting with potential clients to present our product offerings and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- You will also spend time following up on leads, managing existing accounts, and preparing sales reports for review.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)
Driving licence
B

The ideal candidate:
- Secondary education required
- Higher education is an advantage
- Category "B" driving license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sharp analytical abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work independently
- Familiar with electronic devices including tablets and laptops, is expected
- Fluent in both Czech and English language
Not a requirement but could be an advantage: - Fluent in Slovakian and/or Hungarian
- Previous work experience in regional sales position
