Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Analysis of tender documentation in the general contracting industry,
• Checking the bills of quantities and preparation of take-offs,
• Directing inquiries to subcontractors or suppliers and obtaining offers from subcontractors,
• Agreeing the detailed scope of works and deliveries with the contractor,
• Participation in negotiations (price arrangements and technical and organizational solutions),
• Preparation of calculations, cost estimates and valuations as well as technical offer,
• Preparation of technical analysis in consultation with relevant industry specialists,
• Making arrangements with other organizational units of the company.

Personality requirements and skills
• Higher construction education in the road or bridge area,
• 3 years of experience in working with the valuation / offering of infrastructure contracts (minimum average size on the part of the General Contractor on the Czech market),
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad and costing programs,
• Knowledge of the investment process, procedures and tender specifics in construction companies,
• The ability to read project documentation and functional and utility programs,
• Knowledge of Czech AND English and/or Polish
• Mobility and readiness to work on a business trip
• 3 years of experience in working with the valuation / offering of infrastructure contracts (minimum average size on the part of the General Contractor on the Czech market),
