Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Senior Database Developer to work within a team of database developers maintaining and enhancing technology leading and high demanding database environment with high-end machines and storage systems in the backend. In this role, you will work in conjunction with other IT/Development/Scrum and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements from the database perspective.

Your arena:
Database design, database security, database management
Requirements analysis with the different internal interfaces
Ongoing development and optimisation of our systems
Design, implementation and maintenance of database software modules in OLTP area
Technical and conceptual solutions as well as further development of the standards

Your entrance ticket:
Relational DB design and domain modeling is one of your primary skills
Profound SQL, T-SQL knowledge and OLTP applications is a must
Development knowledge in C# and .NET is an advantage
Experienced in creating correct, efficient, and consistent database implementations within complex, highly transactional and concurrent workload.
Good knowledge in state-of-the-art relational database systems, in particular MSSQL (up to 2017)
Capability to participate in overall system design with business analysts, solution architects, technical leads, developers and testers
Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work without close supervision
