cargo-partner is looking for a passionate Java Software Developers to join our Fischamend team! Based on extensive knowledge and experience in information logistics, we develop and implement effective systems, applications and connections to streamline the entire supply chain.
Your main tasks:
In this interesting and varied position, you will strengthen our software development team and develop company-wide web applications as well as mobile eBusiness applications.
1) In-house web application - The Road Carrier Platform: (transport management systems helps carriers in road transport minimize empty runs and optimize prices)
2) Customer web application - SPOT Platform: Supply Chain Visibility & Collaboration Platform (a cloud-based supply chain management platform enabling efficient communication and collaboration from point of order to final delivery).
Specifically, your area of responsibility includes:
Implementation of Enterprise Java web applications and mobile solutions in a private cloud environment
Designing and development of high-quality architecture and technical solutions
Researching and prototyping new technologies as appropriate.
Implementation of Enterprise Java web applications and mobile solutions
Requirements analysis, conceptional design of solutions and technical specifications
Continuous market analysis and benchmarking in regard to technology, design and usability
Implementation of changes and enhancements for existing and new Java Web applications
Processing internally passed qualified problems
Troubleshooting, error identification and troubleshooting (bugfixing)
Testing applications (quality assurance)
