What will your responsibilities in iLogistics involve?
• Offering organizational and administrative support to the IT Management and CIO, you will manage international IT communication, and gain visibility within the company.
• You will be part of the IT Organization and Governance and will collaborate daily with technical and development teams, getting a chance to maintain your understanding of technical processes/equipment.
• Your organizational and communication abilities will be challenged when you will have to handle the correspondence and enquiries of the CIO. Let's not forget the diary management, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and scheduling events.
• Nevertheless, you will have to set agendas and forward planners, prepare and process reports or newsletters. In this way you will assist and contribute to the strategic planning process.
