Job description, responsibilities and duties

As part of the IT Project Management Office you will help the organization to develop new markets, leading a variety of projects from starting business in new countries, opening new branch offices and office relocations. You will be the central coordination hub between all involved stakeholders.

Your daily work will include to:
· Manage IT projects for integrations of new acquisitions, location foundations & office relocations
· Coordinate experts from the involved IT departments within an agile framework
· Align with the chairman's office, business stakeholders & finance department
· Quote and charge the IT service delivery within location foundation projects
· Collaborate in the enhancement of PM standards & methods

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

You should represent the following:
· 3-5 years experience in project management
  • Ability to apply PM methodologies
· Good self management
  • Ability to establish structure in your project teams & daily work
  • Ability to handle several projects in parallel
· At ease communication at all hierarchy levels
  • Ability to handle expectations of the different stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships in your project teams
