Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you excited about driving changes? We are on a mission to empower our sales, marketing, operations and product teams to grow the company by introducing Salesforce Sales Cloud. In this challenging role you will be at the heart of change and will be able to impact our sales operations and the future of logistics industry.

What you'll be working on:

  • Assistance with Salesforce Platform administration: user management, service desk resolutions and configurations
  • Analysis of business requirements and their translation to specifications
  • Preparation and facilitation of workshops with the business stakeholders
  • Quality assurance testing and preparation of UAT
  • Technical documentation

What we expect:

  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of UML/BPMN and SCRUM methodology
  • Experience working in projects, implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption
  • Understanding APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Components, APEX Web Services and Triggers would be highly beneficial
  • Strong work ethic, proactivity and excellent communication skills

Compensation: salary starting from 6 EUR/hour. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss at the interview. We can also consider full-time contracts.
