Job description, responsibilities and duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include the following:

- Provide leadership through coaching of the customer service & supply chain solutions teams to enable them to carry out all activities efficiently, to develop and achieve their objectives
- Manage the customer service and supply chain function in line with company strategy
- Constantly seeks ways to improve efficiency of Customer Service and Supply Chain activities proposing process changes and coaching team members
- Creates long term vision and strategic planning
- Manage raw materials flow (for blends, ….)
- Manage flow from production to customer
- Manage contracts of key logistic partners

Information about the selection process

- Minimum 4 years of business experience in relevant industry and supply chain
- Fluent in English – mandatory
- Fluent in Hungarian –mandatory
- Problem solving, analytical ability and logical thinking
- Leadership, influencing and persuasion (incl. negotiation skills)
- Computer Skills (SAP and Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of SAP system SD&LE modules
- Building customer/supplier relationships
- Professionalism and personal credibility

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Qualification in Logistics Management preferred
