Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
The primary role of NEW FORMATS PROJECT MANAGER is to improve the in-store experience for our customers
He/she will drive new shop format development project to maximize revenue per square meter, deliver new trends and fine-tune shops to become No1. at the market
He/she become main link between the client’s CR Team, network planning, engineering, retailers and partners with end to end responsibility.

• Lead the project of NEW FORMATS (manage timelines, cross departments discussions, meetings set up and their management, next steps logs) in CZ/SK
• Set the process and timelines, make sure tasks are done on time, to deliver what has been agreed, cooperate with multiple departments
• Identify Format development opportunities through Customer insight, market trends, competitor insight and knowledge together with end to end revenue and cost analysis in cooperation with TMs, SM and CR team
• Format pillars creation, test and evaluation focused on but not limited to Brand, Customer Proposition, Digital / Category / Promotional / Visual Merchandising, Assortment and Space Strategy
• Create initial layouts, lead a discussion with engineering, retailers, TMs and CR till final layout is frozen
• Prepare numbers for Investment Proposals and take ownership for the process and working alongside CR, Engineering and Network teams to deliver robust business cases
• Creation marketing communication for closure, opening and launch of new format
• Once station is build, keep log book with issues to ensure shop is 100% ready asap
• Evaluate performance to ensure project is on track, if not initiate corrective actions (in cooperation with Category Managers, Engineers, partners, Territory managers)
• Identify opportunities within current network and turn them into our advantage (HD, baguettes, coffee) in cooperation Cat. men

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical qualification with at-least 3 years of experience in format development projects.
• Confident personality to be able to manage client's CR team, retailers and interdepartmental cooperation (partners, marketing agencies, clients' departments)
• Understand customers' needs and ability to reflect it into the project
• Capable to work with data and ability to explain them (Excel, Power point)
• AutoCAD user experience is an advantage
• Self-driven person, well organized and self-motivated
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Capable of efficient process Improvement
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
