Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Acts as a first point of contact & internal advisor in HR related matters for management team in respective countries.
• Coordinates the recruitment process in the country
• Assists hiring managers with completing all required hiring documentation, ensuring compliance with onboarding policies for new-hires, preparation of all relevant documentation.
• Close cooperation with local payroll provider within to ensure alignment with local legislation. Provides advice to managers on employee law matters.
• Provides advise and support on training & development related questions, liaises with Learning & Development department and coordinates any internal/external trainings where required.
• Assists with regular reviews of HR system data to ensure that the information is as accurate as possible, liaises with HRIS team to provide data integrity.
• Provides advice to the business on all key corporate programs to ensure they are in line with defined policies & guidelines (e.g. employee performance reviews, employee surveys, ethics, etc.)
• Regular reporting activities.
