Customer Service Agent with Czech and Slovak language
We are looking for people who:
- are fluent in both Czech and Slovak,
- speak English at a communicative level,
- are able to think analytically and acquire knowledge easily,
- are interested in technology or graduated from technology-related studies.
- are responsible, meticulous and independent,
- are open, positive and not afraid of challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- after-sales helpline service related to the technology industry,
- live-chat and email service for clients,
- data-entering into systems.
- 34,71 PLN gross per hour,
- initial training and onboarding in Warsaw,
- relocation bonus - 800,00 PLN net per month (up to 3 months) / possibility of remote work,
