REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to build and manage good relationships with Business Partners.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on the target.
• Driving license cat B and willingness to travel (work in the Southern part of the Czech Republic)
• English or Polish language: intermediate level - obligatory.
• Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.

Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data is processed on the basis of expressed consent.
Providing your personal data is voluntary requirement, however necessary to proceed the recruitment process.

Data sharing

The collected data can be shared by Cersanit S.A. with other entities authorized to receive data under applicable law and also entities cooperating with Cersanit S.A. Your data may also be transferred to data processors on behalf of Cersanit S.A. on the basis of a personal data entrustment agreement and only on the order of Cersanit S.A.

Data transmission outside the EEA

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

The period of data storage

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above mentioned purposes of processing, in particular as regards the execution of concluded contracts until their completion, and then in legally justified interest to secure any claims or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

To the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes when we process such data for marketing purposes based on a legitimate interest.
You have the right to obtain human intervention from Cersanit S.A. on a decision taken in an automated manner, the right to express one's own position and to challenge a decision taken in an automated manner.
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request their rectification, the right to request their removal and the right to demand limitation of their processing.
You have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive them in a structured, commonly used information format, machine readable. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send it to another administrator - but we will only do so if this transfer is technically possible.

The right to lodge a complaint to the authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
