Chill is a german startup which produces affordable phone booths (Furniture for offices).
We are currently starting a new production in Pilsen which will mainly do woodworking. We are looking for a production manager who will establish and oversee the whole production process. Job position starting as soon as possible!
Your tasks:
Establish a high quality production process (relatively uncomplicated wood working process)
Constant improvement of the production (Lean manufacturing)
Coordination of supplier, materials and workers
Hiring workers
Controlling / Accounting for our Key Performance Indicators
Planning and coordination of installation projects in Germany/EU
Managing other smaller tasks
We will start the company in Pilsen from the beginning. We are willing to accept applicants with less experience as long as you are hard-working and motivated.
