Scrum Master

What You'll Do
You'll be a key player in leading our engineering efforts and helping to build products that drive our vision and strategy. The Stealthwatch engineering team is looking for a strong, collaborative Scrum Master with energy and enthusiasm for technology and security. The Scrum Master will be an integral part of our solution delivery team providing:

• Technical leadership
• Scrum leadership
• People leadership
• Shared planning across all Stealthwatch products.

You will look to apply lean startup principles to validate the growth and value potential in all that we do.

Who You'll Work With
Stealthwatch is leading provider of network visibility and security intelligence to protect enterprises against today’s top threats. The Stealthwatch team utilizes leading-edge technology in an Agile environment to deliver innovative security products. The Scrum Master will utilize strong technical and process skills to coach a team on its pursuit of excellence. You will collaborate hands-on with engineering teams to define, design and deliver innovative security solutions. You will also be helping coordinate product strategy, release timelines, and product quality. You will follow our solutions to our customers and will work with the people and departments on the way to ensure success.

Who You Are
You have the experience, knowledge and passion to do everything possible to ensure we delight our customers. You are the key advocate and driver in guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. You have the ability to assess the Scrum maturity of a team and grow the team at a sustainable pace. You can remove impediments or guide the team to remove their own impediments. You can foster a collaborative environment that promotes open discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. You can provide any and all support to the team by utilizing a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. You have experience in using metrics and data to support process improvement ideas and decisions. You posses an inner level of confidence that allows you to lead some days and follow others based on what is needed for the desired outcomes. You are an active learner on a journey with no set destination. You collaborate with other leaders and Scrum Masters to improve organizational operations and to improve integration of lean/agile principles into the teams and organization.

• Practiced knowledge of Scrum/Lean/Agile principles. Applied application to teams and organizations
