CCB Documentation Officer

Function background/context:
• Businesses will require a series of lending products made for CCB businesses but substantially standardized in their format. The documentation team is responsible for establishing and operating legally enforceable loan documentation.
• Reports to the CCB Credit Documentation Supervisor

Job Purpose:
• CCB Documentation Officer is responsible for establishing and operating legally enforceable loan documentation with close cooperation with other departments e.g. legal, collections, CRMS

Key Responsibilities:
• Credit documentation preparation based on business/Credit requirements - both maker & checker roles
• Inputting data into databases and its updates
• Communication with collateral dep., cadastral office
• Preparation and checking of documents related to loan termination, loan amount decrease.
• Cooperation with legal, approval, ew, collection, CRMS departments, sales
• Preparing of non-standard agreements, various types of confirmations for customers, for insurance companies or for cadastral office.
• Regular check of validity and correctness on existing documentation
• Act as a back up for other team members; take part in related projects
