TTS Product Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Manage the following TTS products:Payments - both LCY and FCYDirect DebitsCash CollectionCash branch operations Receivables

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Running/ Managing assigned products from P&L and controls point view
Provide product knowledge and support implementation of respective cases with Product Sales officers and Relationship Managers
Monitor the local market to ensure that the products assigned are competitive.
Manage the Operations, Technology, Legal during the implementation of new products & products enhancements
Provide the trainings for Product Sales officers and Relationship Managers for assigned products
Responsibility for success transfer from EMEA countries, CEE projects (participation and management)
Ensure that all internal controls for assigned products are met and all products have dully approved product manuals in place.
Prepare pricing strategy for assigned products & ensure its execution

REQUIRED EDUCATION :

High / Secondary school - preferably with economics/business major

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Organization, Project Management and Leadership Skills
Communication and Presentation Skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
English language, local language - fluent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

4 years of banking experience with Product management
