Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

CORE FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for taking and inserting the customers sales orders in SAP system, sending the confirmations, following the deliveries and support in recovering the money and daily's SR activity.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
 Receives orders from customers and put them to SAP
 Maintains outstanding orders coming trough eComm, if neccessary
 Sends order confirmations to customers, on request.
 Cooperates with warehouse and/or Production team and/or Logistics team in order to provide high level service, leadtimes to customers.
 Informs customers about leadtimes
 Cooperates with respective sales representatives and share them all news regarding new offers, new products to be presented, and all other relevant topics.

REPORTING:
Reports directly to the Customer Service Coordinator Coats Hungary.

POSITION REQUIEREMENTS:
-Economic/commercial university/college background
-Native speaker of Czech or Slovak language.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
-Knowledge of SAP and an advantage can know using salesforce.com.
-Must possess advanced verbal and written communication -Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
-Recommendations from previous job are taken in consideration
