Your Typical Day:
As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.

Your typical day:
As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.

The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Support assistant, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.

  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education
