What you will do in this role:
  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
  • Help customers with service-related issues
  • Inform customers of promo events
  • Work shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
  • Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
  • Suitable for people without experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Greek - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

What we expect:
  • need to be located in Czech Republic
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
  • Living in the Czech Republic is a plus
  • Native GREEK and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
