Job description, responsibilities and duties
o Data processing: collecting operational data, data upload to ERP
o Identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
o Supplier invoice processing (DocFlow)
o Monitoring variances;
o Transactions reconciliations by comparing and correcting data.
o Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
o Reporting maintenance – data refresh in relevant reports
o Procurement support
