AP with Romanian

What will be your main responsibilities?
• Accounting of non-trade (indirect) invoices (without order) – decision on the journal entry and costs centre allocation, resolving of discrepancies and follow up on open points
• Processing and booking of trade (direct) invoices (material invoicing with ordering) from suppliers
• Communication inside international team with different stakeholders
• Checking monthly reconciliation – booking of intercompany invoices due established time lines and due internal rules
• Cooperation on a monthly and annual closing
• Preparation the payment orders and import into the banking application
• Monthly reconciliation balances of receivables and liabilities of selected company in the group

What should you have?
• At least Bc degree economics or administration
• Basic knowledge international sales/ invoicing processes
• Great PC skills – outlook, excel, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Team player
• Analytic, drive for seeking opportunities and improvements.
• Communicate effectively inside team and internal customers; and to actively listen while gathering information.
