What will be your role:
- Monitor and correct regular data uploads; set-up and further develop implemented ETL processes
- System monitoring, performance tuning & housekeeping of corporate BI system SAP BW/BO
- Incident and service handling plus proactive support for internal BI end users
- Transfer new BW reporting applications from project to operation
- Implementation of Changes based on customer requirements

How do we imagine you:
- Good knowledge of SAP BW 7.x, SAP BO XI 3.1/4.0, SAP Portal Application Support
- Expert knowledge in using SAP BW Frontend Tools like Business Objects, BEx Query Designer & Analyzer, SAP Design Studio
- Experience in modeling of ETL processes, process chain setup & monitoring of data uploads – experience in Redwood Cronacle Scheduling solution preferred
- Experience in performance tuning and regular housekeeping tasks
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP Modules FI/CO, MM, PP, PM or SD
- Experience and knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong intercultural skills, proactive and flexible
- Fluent in English

Initial support is provided by our multi-lingual Centralized IT Service Desk who offer a first-line point of contact to various global countries. The second level is provided by our Global Operations Team who provide standardized application hosting and network support services. Finally, our expert level of support is provided by highly experienced and specialized teams.
