Job description, responsibilities and duties
What is expected from you?
You will lead, motivate and support the AP team, monitor their performance (by KPI's), recommend and implement process improvements and develop plans and manage workload allocations.
You will also serve as an escalation point, prepare data for invoice accruals, ensure time accuracy, SOX compliance, and other processes required.

How your profile should look like?
- 2-3 years in leadership role
- 3 years experience in finance in SCC
- Good communication skills, including excellent English, both written and spoken
- Good leadership skills, ability to coach and motivate the Team
- Ability to prioritize effectively, good problem solving abilities, able to work under pressure and to handle multiple requests simultaneously
What is an advantage for you?
- Experience as AP Accountant
- Excel and Word skills, knowledge of Oracle and Visual Basic
- Project management experience
- 2-3 years in leadership role
- 3 years experience in finance in SCC
