• Provide agreed HR administration for defined HR activities
• Follow process documentation, use specified templates and other tools
• Manage and update administrative documentation, establishes standard templates
• Support projects and other tasks within EMEA region
• May support various other processes as per country specifics and agreements

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Communicative English and German language
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with customer
• Focus on detail and accuracy, good time management and organisational skills
• Previous experience in Human Resources or in Customer Service area is an advantage
