What will you do?
- Plan, create, edit, proofread and publish engaging, easy-to-understand content for internal customers on our service portal (web pages) and other digital touchpoints (e.g. notifications, service communications).
- Create content and customer information according to Agile methodology, such as User Centred Design, and in close collaboration with topic experts within Group Operations.
- You consult Partners during the content creation phase and uphold content quality standards
- Ensure that the content aligns to and supports the delivery of key business objectives and KPIs
- Educate and support subject matter experts on content best practice and style guides
- Establish and maintain relationships with content owners and topic specialists
- Support in developing storylines and content for internal customer communications, workshops and events as well as for CEDD leadership presentations
- Collaborate with Senior Customer Engagement & Change Managers to develop change communications and trainings and jointly ensure that they are used effectively to reinforce key change messages and learning objectives
How should your profile look like?
- Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism, or equivalent professional experience
- years' experience as an English-language content editor, writer-editor or communications specialist -outstanding English skills are must
- Track record of writing for different channels (including web and mobile) and knowledge of keywords, hyperlinks, navigation and the importance of brevity
- Excellent online writing skills with a clear, concise and engaging style with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Good knowledge of HTML
