• Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that all service levels are met
• Accountable for the SLAs and KPIs and ensure accurate reporting
• Setting, managing and achieving strategic goals for the team
• Participation in Month End activities (reconciliations, accruals, reports, journals)
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
• Providing operational support to team members
• Maintains key documentation
