Job description, responsibilities and duties
What will be your role?
Administration and support of our server-based infrastructure and associated technologies.
Protect data by operating robust processes.
1st level of support in IT related issues via email and phone.
Provide personal assistance to local IT issues in Bratislava office and internal trainings for Bratislava staff.
Attempt to resolve or escalate a wide range of issues.

What will you work with?
Our IT infrastructure consists of a centralised infrastructure located in a collocation data centre close to one of the regional offices.
Technology architecture is mainly based on Microsoft Back office Technology, Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Exchange and Hyper-v.
Local desktops and applications are delivered via Citrix XenApp in a server-based computing model.
Wide Area Network connectivity is provided by VPN services.
There are approximately 330 users across nine offices.
