IT Quality Specialist

Are you process oriented person and do you enjoy reporting and interpreting data?
Are you communicative and do you have experience with presentations?
Have you worked in IT environment before?

Your qualification should be:
- Secondary or university education
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and practical experience of continuous improvement methods and techniques
- Experience with process, incident and problem management
- Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand how the IT technology supports the business
- Perfect knowledge of English

Your responsibilities will be:
- Act as Process Subject Matter Expert, help to develop, maintain and communicate processes in your responsibility.
- Document the processes, review them regularly and update when necessary.
- Cooperate with team maintaining supporting tools, collect feedbacks from users and analyze data and interpret results
- Responsible for proper understanding of processes and its execution
