Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

You will analyse incidents assigned to 2nd and 3rd level for IBMi based ERP systemthrough verifying application behaviour, analysing database data, application and processes logs and dumps, as well as observing program code. Additionally, you will be fixing effects of incidents in order to recover influenced service and data.

You will also be dealing with documentation, where you will be preparing descriptions related to details of incidents found, describing method of detecting and reproducing incident, proposing appropriate fix and improvements.

Last but not least, you will be providing test support for testing parts of application and services.

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti

What you should have:

- Previous experience from support/helpdesk processes
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, atleast 3 years (System21 Aurora is an advantage)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with the IBMi system and techniques (administration)
- Knowledge of programming or similar technical knowledge

Personality and other skills:

- Good command of English – oral, written and presentation skills
- Being a stable person, willing to work on the position for 3+ years
- Communicative and active personality
- Team spirit, willing to share knowledge
- Reliable and Independent
