Responsibilities:

- Solving any problems in the cash allocation process
- Managing various payments documents in the accounting system SAP or Oracle
- Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
- Communication with clients and colleagues from other departments
- Handle all special billing situations

- 2+ years' experience in AR or similar position
- English language – advanced level
- Administrative and MS Office experience

- knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus
