Job description, responsibilities and duties
An international company, one of the largest providers of oil and gas industry, with it's financial share service centre in Prague, is looking for suitable candidates for IT Technical Support role.
Do you have experience with IT support? Do you like working with users and helping them? If yes, you are the right person for us.
Your daily responsibilities:
• Solving HW and SW issues
• Providing support for users in the Prague office
• Monitoring of computer networks and systems
• Simple configuration and repairing of HW
• Providing inventory services for IT assets
Our requirements:
• IT education is necessary
• Work experience on similar position
• Advanced English
• Good communication skills, to be a team player
