Job description, responsibilities and duties
Coordination and driving Aerospace & Defence sales across Europe
Development and execution of sales strategies and expand Cyient’s market presence
Identifying and progressing of existing and new business opportunities in Engineering & Manufacturing
Responsibility for budget and achievement of set revenue targets of the financial year
Responsibility for the identification and communication of the Critical Success Factors of each client engagement to the respective stake holders in the organization
Driving and supporting the programme managers assigned to the strategic accounts
Supporting the senior management review meetings through regular reports on new and existing accounts
Your profile:
University degree in Engineering/Management, experience in aerospace / aviation
Experience in sales and business development in related technical fields
Self-motivation, strong communication and organization skills
Experience in proposal creation and presentations
Knowledge of MS office, Salesforce
Willingness to travel around 50% of working time
Fluency in English, Polish or German as an advantage
