Danfoss offers you an excellent opportunity to become team member of Customer Service Specialist Team located in Prague, Czech Republic.

In the position of Customer Service Specialist you will focus on maximizing and continuous improvements of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty though detection of opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Order handling, registering and maintaining sales orders in SAP (including e-orders)
• Assuring proper sales prices/discounts with close cooperation with Sales Employees
• Coordinating deliveries, following up on delayed deliveries and blocked orders
• Invoicing, making sure that deliveries are invoiced in a proper and timely manner
• Clarifying and registering complaints (price, quantity, delivery)
• Issuing credit notes including those for rebates
• Creating and maintaining proper master data in SAP (customers, materials, prices, discounts) and Salesforce (accounts, contacts with phones/e-mails and proper CSC assignments)
• Creating new accounts for customers in e-commerce tools (Decom, VLT shop), solving issues related to those tools
• Supporting colleagues in the team, providing professional back-ups, sharing information and know how
• Building and promoting positive CSC image

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience preferably in an industrial environment
• Experience using SAP module for creating/maintaining orders and invoicing
• Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or complex environment
• Experienced user of new technologies to maintain and improve customer relations
• Very good English knowledge
