We offer you an opportunity to join Danfoss Power Solutions as Software Test Developer, who will be responsible for performing firmware tests. On this position you will be located in Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia.

Your typical day will include

• Contribution towards the software development of proportional valves (CAN protocol, Controls and functional safety)
• Responsibility for implementing test scripts for validating firmware according to specification
• Understand the hardware, firmware behavior and create the positive and negative test cases
• Communicate with the different experts/customers/project manager to clarify the requirements
• Work closely with team members to understand business processes and workflows. Translates business processes and workflow into test cases for manual and automated test case development
• Be a leader of an agile team, focusing on a team goals
• Support on customer implementation and quality examination

What we look for

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferably in Software or Electronics)
• 2-4 years of experience with software testing
• Preferably knowledge of systematic software development and testing
• Proficient English skills (written and oral)
• Team player who can work in a cross-functional environment with different cultures in a large organization
• Creative, but analytical, structured and proactive individual
