Your key task will be to ensure that the Product Store solutions are stable and meeting business demands by making sure that all changes are well thought through, properly documented, and with clear requirements for our team of highly motivated developers. If your experience includes architecture, ERP systems and integrations, and you have the eye for structure and project management, then this might be the job for you!

End2end Consultant for the future Danfoss eBusiness
As our Product Store Lead Consultant, you will be part of the team delivering extraordinary results in our new eBusiness solution. You have a combined role as being the task analyst, making sure that our team of consultants and developers are running in the right direction, as well as ensuring that the new solution is anchored operationally in the Danfoss Group IT organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with colleagues across the global teams to gather and validate requirements, working on features, bugs and improvements.
• Working on Hybris-based enterprise eCommerce solution and gaining expertise with end to end eBusiness solution.
• Using your skills to support the business and IT, providing the best B2B customer experience with ease of use.
• Providing solutions which fits best with existing landscape with optimal use of standard approach.
• Working as a Lead, you will be expected to take responsibility and deliver the solution in given timelines while supervising and mentoring the team members.
• Being able to lead the meetings to collect the business needs and driving to the solution with technical teams and Solution Architect.

The successful candidate:

• Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering with 10+ years of experience in relevant area.
• Has 5+ years of experience with Hybris software development and software architecture.
• Has experience as lead developer and with the complete software development life cycle including Analysis, Designing, Development, Deployment, Testing and Implementation.
• Has experience with DataHub, CPQ, Data Loader with ERP backend.
• Is a structured person with focus on quality delivery and timely execution.
• Is a team player capable of working independently.
• Is proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Is proactive and has a go-getter attitude.
• Has experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Has experience with eBusiness and eCommerce solutions with large organization.
• Has strong knowledge of integrations with SAP systems and other cloud based applications.
