Windows and AD Engineer

We have an open position for an Active Directory and Windows Server technician / engineer with a friendly and communicative attitude in Zurich, Switzerland in an Identity and Access Management team. This is a full-time employment position on site in Zurich. Consultants looking for contracting positions need not apply.
In the financial industry you will be working in a team maintaining an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system by performing the following functions:
- Monitor and maintain systems and applications used by the team
- Monitor and maintain data feeds for periodic rights reviews and audit
- Maintain databases for the collection and presentation of periodic rights review data
- Create and maintain AD groups for application and shared folder access
- Create and maintain IAM artefacts for applications and systems whose access management is administered and automated by the IAM system
- Troubleshooting and remediation of trouble tickets related to the servers and systems used by the team
- Execution of manual tasks that have not yet been automated and pro-active design & implementation of automation where suitable
- Documentation of processes and procedures
- Communicate with people world-wide, across cultures and time zones
- Work as a member of an international team
