Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a self-driven and friendly individual to join our remote team as a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with our clients, resolving their concerns and ensuring happy relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills, fluency in English communication and the capacity to work remotely are a must for this role.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate and provide support to our customers via online chat, phone calls and email on daily basis.
- Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with our product team and engineers to understand, prioritise and implement customer feedback.
- Act as a Datamolino product expert, communicate the value of Datamolino to customers and business prospects.
- Lead the product trainings and webinars for existing customers and prospects.
- Participate in the improvement of our helpdesk articles and internal documentation.
- Guide our users through the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
Language requirements:
- English level C1 or higher is a must
- Slovak not required
