Job description, responsibilities and duties
We’re looking for a friendly, team-oriented person to join us remotely as our new Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them get the most out of Datamolino. You’ll work closely with clients, solving issues and building positive relationships, so a love for problem-solving and a clear, strong English communication skills are essential.
