Job description, responsibilities and duties
We’re looking for a friendly, team-oriented person to join us remotely for the Customer Support Role. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our users, helping them solve problems and feel confident using our product. Over time, you’ll also lead product demos and consultative calls. A love for problem-solving, a strong English communication and remote setup are essential for this role.
What you’ll be doing:- Learn the product inside and out by asking questions and exploring how it works to act as a Datamolino product expert.
- Respond to our client questions via online chat, email and phone.
- Replicate customer issues in the app and provide context-driven solutions—beyond just referring to helpdesk articles.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to solve complex problems and keep things moving smoothly.
- Lead product demos and consulting calls with prospects and clients as you gain experience.
- Participate in the improvement of our helpdesk articles and internal documentation.
- Share insights from your conversations with clients to help improve our product and processes.
